The location was convenient, making city exploration manageable enough.
I had some issues . Specifically, the room cleaning was inconsistent, as my room was not serviced on one of the days. I reported this to reception, and while they apologized, the lack of thoroughness was annoying. Plus, finding the breakfast an extra charge seemed quite steep.

The breakfast had a wide range of choices. I appreciated the variety of teas and juices offered. Fresh fruit was available, a refreshing change from canned options. The cupboard and drawer space in the room were good. The bathroom was very clean and the shower worked perfectly.

My room featured a capsule coffee machine. Staff members were friendly. Public transport was very accessible. I think a super clean clean room really set the tone.
The temperature in the room was too warm. It was very stuffy when I first entered. I opened the window. When I returned the room was still too warm.

I found the reception staff to be helpful and kind. One staff member, Noelle, was professional. Another staff member from Eritrea was especially helpful at the bar, but I do not remember his name.
